The Zortrax M300 is a large-format desktop 3D printer based on the proven M200 technology. With a build volume of 300 x 300 x 300 mm, it is ideal for producing large models in a single print. The results are characterized by high precision and repeatability, even with complex geometries. The printer uses LPD technology (Layer Plastic Deposition), a version of FDM, where melted filaments are fused layer by layer to create physical objects.
The M300 supports a wide range of Zortrax proprietary filaments, such as Z-HIPS, Z-PLA, Z-PETG, and Z-ESD, but can also be used with third-party 1.75 mm filaments. This versatility makes it suitable for various fields like architecture, prototyping, and electronics casing production.
The printer is equipped with automatic bed leveling and filament sensors that detect jams, ensuring consistent print quality. The heated bed (up to 105°C) enhances adhesion and prevents warping during large prints. An optional HEPA cover can be added to maintain temperature stability during the print, preventing deformation of larger models.
Thanks to its reliability and large build volume, the Zortrax M300 is especially suitable for industrial applications where large prototypes or end-use parts with high precision are required. The printer is commonly used in aerospace, automotive, and architectural fields.
